Members of the cooperative make a monthly payment known as "carrying
charges". These funds are taken in and distributed out by management
and monitored by the Board of Directors.
These monthly carrying charges are based on the household income and vary
from unit to unit.
Monthly carrying charges do not exceed the actual cost of owning and
maintaining the property. There is nothing added for profit.
Owner-occupants derive all benefits as customers of the housing.
